The Boss
It was ridiculousness and ridiculousity made flesh!
And when the film itself begs you to not take it seriously, you simply enjoy it.
I loved it!

Exactly. It was awesome in a Kung Fu hustle kind of way. And references to Sivaji Ganesan, MGR and even Kamal made it all the more sweeter.

Super review! I saw it last night. After Baasha, this is the first time he seems to really enjoy what he is doing on screen. Comedy, Style, Retorts.
Shankar has unnecessarily added his brand of jarring touches - Nethi Kasu, Pathetic takes on economics etc.
