Under the weather
It has been very sultry all morning and there is an uncomfortable pall of cloud in the sky. Rain is good, but a short burst that these scanty clouds might hold, could only make matters worse by raking up heat from the ground. All morning, everything has been irritatingly dull as dull can be.
