Validation

When I read the first few paragraphs, I was actually thrilled to finally see a lawyer writing about the legalities of 'the ban', but finally it turned out to be a validation of my contention that there exists a general penchant to not talk in terms of facts and specifics, and instead indulge in what Nilu might describe as AYM GRAMD.
